Cancellation Policy

RESCHEDULING POLICY Clients may reschedule their consultation appointment by providing written notice at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling requests received less than twenty-four (24) hours before the appointment will not be honored, and the session fee will be forfeited. CANCELLATION POLICY Clients may cancel their appointment by providing written notice at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. However, all consultation fees are non-refundable. Cancellation of an appointment does not entitle the client to a refund, credit, or transfer of fees paid. NO-SHOW POLICY Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice constitutes a no-show. No-show appointments are forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling, credit, or refund. A new consultation must be purchased to schedule a future appointment. LATE ARRIVALS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE Clients arriving late for a scheduled consultation will receive the remaining portion of their allotted session time. Consultation sessions will conclude at the originally scheduled end time, regardless of the client's arrival time. Additional time will not be provided, and no refunds or credits will be issued for missed time. CONSULTATION DISCLAIMER Consultation services are intended to provide professional guidance, education, and strategic recommendations related to writing, publishing, and author development. Results are not guaranteed and are dependent upon the client's implementation, effort, and individual circumstances.
