The Prophet's Guide to Managing your mantle

The word prophet comes from the Greek word prophetes which means, “One who speaks for and interprets the will of God.” The Holy Spirit uses a prophet to speak divinely inspired words directly to His people to build the up, encourage, and console them. 1st Corinthians 14:3 (AMP) says, But [on the other hand] the one who prophesies speaks to people for edification [to promote their spiritual growth] and [speaks words of] encouragement [to uphold and advise them concerning the matters of God] and [speaks words of] consolation [to compassionately comfort them].
