By visiting any website owned or operated by Quiverfull Publishing & Media, LLC, or engaging with our publishing services, digital products, courses, coaching, or ministry resources (collectively, the "Sites and Services"), you agree to the following Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement").

The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Quiverfull Publishing & Media, LLC, a nonprofit organization operating under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, including its imprints Altar Books and Inkblot Books. The "Service" includes publishing services, author coaching and consulting, training programs, digital and physical products, online courses, events, podcast content, and ministry resources provided through the Sites.

Your access to and use of the Sites and Services constitutes acceptance of this Agreement without modification. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must discontinue use of the Sites and Services immediately.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Identity Information: Name, pen name, author biography, and contact details

  • Contact Information: Email address, mailing address, and phone number

  • Transaction Information: Purchase history, payment details, and billing information

  • Publishing Information: Manuscripts, book proposals, author questionnaires, and related creative content submitted through our publishing intake process

  • Communications: Messages, inquiries, feedback, and correspondence submitted through the Sites or directly to our team

  • Technical Information: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data collected through cookies and tracking technologies

  • Marketing Preferences: Email subscription status and communication preferences

 

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to:

DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Agreement, maintain publishing records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Author manuscripts and publishing agreements may be retained for the duration of any active publishing relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter in accordance with industry standards and applicable law.

DATA SECURITY

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and to contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS — CALIFORNIA CPRA COMPLIANCE

If you are a California resident, you are entitled to specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA"). These rights include:

  • Right to Know: You may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, disclose, and retain about you.

  • Right to Delete: You may request deletion of personal information we have collected, subject to certain legal exceptions including records necessary to complete publishing agreements or comply with legal obligations.

Quiverfull Publishing & Media, LLC is a faith-integrated publishing company and nonprofit organization recognized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Content, programs, and Services offered through the Sites may include faith-based teachings, spiritual guidance, biblical commentary, prophetic resources, prayer, and ministry content. These materials are provided for educational, inspirational, publishing, and religious purposes. Participation in ministry programs, events, prayer gatherings, coaching, author development, or spiritual guidance is voluntary. Spiritual growth, publishing outcomes, and personal transformation are individual and subjective, and no guarantees are made regarding specific results.

 

PUBLISHING SERVICES DISCLAIMER

Publishing services provided by Quiverfull Publishing & Media, LLC, including editorial guidance, cover design, formatting, distribution assistance, and marketing support, are professional services provided on the terms outlined in individual publishing agreements. Results, including sales performance, distribution reach, or reader response, are subject to market conditions and author participation and cannot be guaranteed. Authors retain the intellectual property rights to their original work as specified in their individual publishing agreement. Quiverfull Publishing & Media, LLC does not claim ownership of author manuscripts or creative content beyond the rights expressly granted in a signed publishing agreement.

 

SPIRITUAL COUNSELING DISCLAIMER

Any spiritual counseling, pastoral care, coaching, prayer, or prophetic guidance provided through the Sites or Services is not intended to replace or substitute for licensed mental health counseling, psychological therapy, medical care, legal advice, or other professional services. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions.

If you are experiencing emotional distress, mental health challenges, or require professional support, you are strongly encouraged to seek assistance from a licensed counselor, therapist, physician, or other qualified professional. Use of spiritual counseling or ministry services is at your own discretion and risk.

 

ELIGIBILITY AND SITE USE

  • Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Sites or Services.

ACCOUNT CREATION

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account or submitting a publishing inquiry. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Unauthorized access, impersonation, or misuse of accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your access to our Services.

 

ORDERS, PAYMENTS, AND PUBLISHING FEES

  • Order Acceptance: Orders and service engagements are confirmed only after written or email confirmation from Quiverfull Publishing & Media, LLC.

  • Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders or agreements prior to fulfillment.

  • Refund Policy: All purchases and publishing service fees are final unless otherwise stated in a written agreement or individual service contract. Authors and clients with questions about refund eligibility should contact us prior to purchasing.

  • Publishing Agreements: All publishing services are governed by the terms of a separate signed publishing agreement, which supersedes general Terms & Conditions where applicable.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Author Content: Authors and clients retain ownership of original manuscripts and creative content they submit. By submitting content for publishing services, authors grant Quiverfull Publishing & Media, LLC the rights specified in their individual publishing agreement. No rights beyond those expressly stated in a signed agreement are assumed or claimed.

  • Our Content: All Site content, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, course materials, and proprietary publishing frameworks, is owned by or licensed to Quiverfull Publishing & Media, LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

  • Proprietary Frameworks: Named frameworks and methodologies including the Teddy Buckner Principle™, S.T.E.W.A.R.D. Framework™, Kingdom Publishing Strategist™, and Author Activation Strategist™ are proprietary intellectual property of Quiverfull Publishing & Media, LLC and may not be reproduced or used without express written permission.

 

THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND PLATFORMS

The Sites may contain links to third-party websites, social media platforms, course hosting platforms, or distribution partners. We do not control or endorse these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party platform you access through our Sites.

 

TESTIMONIALS AND AUTHOR RESULTS

Testimonials, author success stories, and case studies shared on our Sites represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of similar outcomes. Publishing results vary based on manuscript quality, market conditions, author marketing efforts, and many other factors outside our control.

 

CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or prominent notice on the Sites. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Sites or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quiverfull Publishing & Media, LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Sites or Services, including publishing outcomes, distribution performance, or content decisions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable Service during the six months preceding the claim.

 

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quiverfull Publishing & Media, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, imprints, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Sites or Services, your submitted content, or your violation of this Agreement.

 

DONATIONS AND TAX-DEDUCTIBILITY

Donations made to Quiverfull Publishing & Media, LLC in its capacity as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. No goods or services are provided in exchange for donations unless expressly stated in writing. Donors are responsible for retaining official donation receipts and consulting with a qualified tax advisor regarding the deductibility of their contributions.

 

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation administered by the CPR Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution or a mutually agreed upon mediator. Mediation is a condition precedent to litigation. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California.

 

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement, together with any signed publishing agreements, course enrollment agreements, or coaching contracts, constitutes the entire understanding between you and Quiverfull Publishing & Media, LLC and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or communications relating to the subject matter herein.
