Between the Porch and the Altar Ministries is a faith-based Christian nonprofit organization recognized as a 501(c)(3). Content, programs, and Services offered through the Sites may include faith-based teachings, spiritual guidance, biblical commentary, prayer, and ministry resources. These materials are provided for educational, inspirational, and religious purposes only.
Participation in ministry programs, events, prayer gatherings, coaching, or spiritual guidance is voluntary. Spiritual growth, healing, or personal outcomes are individual and subjective, and no guarantees are made regarding results or transformation.
SPIRITUAL COUNSELING DISCLAIMER
Any spiritual counseling, pastoral care, coaching, prayer, or guidance provided through the Sites or Services is not intended to replace or substitute for licensed mental health counseling, psychological therapy, medical care, legal advice, or other professional services. ACCOUNT CREATION

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Your Content: You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, and display it for business and promotional purposes.
Our Content: All Site content, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and proprietary materials, is owned by us or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

The Sites may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control or endorse these sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Sites constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Sites or Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable Service.

NDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yvonne Camper Consulting, LLC and Between the Porch and the Altar Ministries, 501(c)(3) from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Sites or violation of this Agreement.
DONATIONS AND TAX-DEDUCTIBILITY
Donations made to Between the Porch and the Altar Ministries, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. No goods or services are provided in exchange for donations unless expressly stated in writing. Donors are responsible for retaining donation receipts and consulting with a tax advisor regarding deductibility.
Contributions made to Yvonne Camper Consulting, LLC are not tax-deductible, as the LLC is a for-profit entity.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute shall first be resolved through mediation administered by the CPR Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution. Mediation is a condition precedent to litigation.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
