The question God impressed upon my spirit in 2019 was, "What do you have in your hand?" Hundreds of us on four different continents sought the face of God for divine instruction and clarity. During that season we spiritually crossed over into a new season and territory.
I want to encourage you that your destiny is not something you have to uncover it is something that needs to be discovered. You are already pre-programmed and everything you will accomplish on this Earth is already inside of you. For many of you the restlessness that you have been experiencing, like a woman in full-term labor in the birthing position, is because it's time for you to deliver. The enemy's assignment is to make sure you die with your baby inside of you. Isaiah 66:9 says, "Do I bring a mother to the moment of birth and not let her deliver?" asks the LORD. "Do I cause a mother to deliver and then make her unable to have children?" asks your God."
I have had to answer this question myself as I enter a season of greater spiritual responsibility. In 2023 I will launch the Inland Valley House of Prayer; an assignment fulfilled and a mission accomplished. I am also excited about our 3rd annual Deborah and Esther Arising Conference. Some of you feel behind schedule but the Lord says, "Not so." You are exactly where you are supposed to be. With my last assignment being completed, I am ready to fully commit myself, over the next year, to training and positioning the people of God for increased exposure and influence.
When I started my last corporate job at Kaiser Permanente Healthcare my boss said, "It is going to take you about five years to master your job," She was right! I learned everything about the organization I could. With that said I have reached the five-year mark in full-time ministry and as an entrepreneur. I have talked to and trained people worldwide, traveled, and spent time with my kids and grandkids. I have logged in some serious hours babysitting. I had a new grandson this year and we are so excited to have him in our family. His name is Miles. I have recovered from a divorce that I did not want or planned for, divorce is painful.
I learned that you cannot fix people and make them better only God can and they have to yield to it. I embraced the transformational power of forgiveness, which is a game-changer. In spite of everything, I learned that I had the power to create a life I love. Trust your gut and launch out in Faith. I believe God is moving His people out of the control of the world system and giving them supernatural ideas. Proverbs 8:12 says, "I wisdom dwell with prudence, and find out knowledge of witty inventions."
It has been fruitful, challenging, frustrating and so rewarding. It has definitely exceeded my expectations and caused my faith to be stretched beyond capacity. I learned what I liked to do and what I didn't particularly appreciate doing. Just because you can do something well does not mean you are supposed to be doing it, what drives me now is destiny. I am unwaveringly passionate about helping prophetic people master their sphere of influence, excel in the marketplace, and create their prophetic footprint.
